My Process & Fees
I have a successfully proven planning process that perfectly combines your ideas, preferences and budget with proper organization and attention to detail. Below are general steps to planning your next vacation.

My fee schedule is determined by the destination, size of your group and complexity of your trip. In short, it reflects the amount of work your trip will require. Travel Advisors do not earn salaries. Our only income is earned from a built-in commission from your hotel/itinerary package and our fees. As a seasoned, experienced Travel Advisor, I have the highest level of training, connections and experience which is reflected in my fee and commission structure.
Important Note: Commissions are built into your reservations whether you use a Travel Agent or not, it does not change the costs. Therefore, if you don't use a Travel Advisor, the supplier keeps that commission and you are paying for a service you aren't getting!
My fees are a supplement to the commission - some suppliers pay a commission that covers all the work, some don't. In general, my fees structure is:

Walt Disney World: $350 for a family/group up to 6 guests, $75 per additional person not to exceed $1000.

Disneyland & Universal CA or FL: No fee unless it's a large group​

Cruising: No fee if we're booking excursions through the cruise line

Hawaii: $350 for a family/group up to 6 guests

Europe, Caribbean, Costa Rica, etc: No fee unless it's a complicated trip. We'll discuss any fees before booking.

USA: Fees will vary depending on the trip and your needs.

Hotel bookings only: No fee

Step #1
Consultation Call
We will set up a time to chat about your general ideas, preferences and needs for your next trip. This could take up to an hour. Please click here to access my calendar if you are ready to start planning and would like to schedule a phone appointment to discuss your dates of travel and general expectations about hotels and experiences.

I will present a proposal detailing my recommendations for your trip within 24-48 hours (depending on the destination and complexity). Once the proposal is perfected, I'll collect your payment information and signed Client Agreement.
Step #2
Itinerary Design
Once the deposits are made, depending on the destination, I will start working on finalizing the components of your trip and/or working with our international partners to do the same. I will continuously report in to you throughout the process so you never have to worry! We will chat periodically when/if necessary but, for the most part, you can trust that I will be securing all your plans on your behalf.​
Step #3
Enjoy Your Trip!
Approximately 2 weeks before your trip, you'll receive a detailed itinerary including all confirmations, touring plans/strategies, tips & tricks and anything else important to the success of your vacation.
I will remain "on-call" during your trip to help you with any issues or questions as well as any advocacy post-travel, if necessary.
